a. The primary machine barrel and screw are adopted with high quality material of 38CrMoAlA and nitrogen treatment

b. Series drinking straw extrusion line is a set of drinking straw production line,Using polypropylene(pp)

as raw materials ,with the use of master batch after malting extrusion,shaping,cooling ,pulling cutting,then

produce coloress,Colors: single color, two colors, three colors, four colors or five colors,Stripe: spiral stripes, straight stripes.

c. This production line is composed of extruder,mould,cooling device traction and cutting device,electric

control part and so on.. All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.

d. The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automatic gathering system
