Description:

1. This ABS plastic sheet production line,construction foam board machine line/machinery mainly

consists of extruder ,hydraulic screen changer, coat-hanger form die, three-roller calendar, cooling

haul-off brackets, double disk winder or cutting and stacking device.

2. Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials.

3. ABS sheet extrusion line includes many equipments ,such as :extruder ,screen changer and

mould,three-roller calendaring machine,bracket of cooling roller,landscape orientation cutting machine and the

winder.

4. ABS sheet extrusion line is capable of continuously producing mono-layer or multi-layer

5. This sheet extrusion line is equiped 45 degree three-roller calander, with high performance vented extruder, die, screen change system, cooling rocket,

haul-off unit, cutting unit and etc.

6. Sheet thickness can be regulated by screw and processing roller

7. Separated roller temperature control system to control the temperature of processing roller to gain

even sheet thickness

8. Winder with big torque motor, and the speed and tension force is adjustable

9. Automatic metering device can pre-set the length of product

10. Select different plastic to produce the compound sheet with different colors according to

different products.

Applications:

The production line is suitable for PP, PS, PE, ABS and other materials. If exchanging the machine

model head, PVC, PMMA and PC plate materials can also be processed. If adding a drying device,

PET sheet material will also be processed. PVC/PP/PE/ABS/PMMA/PC/PS/HIPS plate and sheet with

the width less than 3000mm and thickness of 0.25-30mm .The products are widely used in the fields of refrigerater ,air conditioner ,auto,advertisement
