Description:
1. This whole production line was automatic control, structure
arrangement compact, high production
efficiency, nice cleanness.
2. Production Process:
Feeding → Compacting → Extruding → Cooling → Wind blowing → Cutting
→ Selecting.
3. Production capacity: 150-550kg/h.
After drying the water content can reach 2-5% (according to the
thickness of film).
4.This production line consists of belt conveyor, metal detector,
single-screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mould, water-ring
pellet cutter, vibration sieve, blowing system
and storage silo.
5. This series PP PE film pelletizing line adopt proper extruding
moulds, screws and auxiliaries machine,
PE/PP water-ring pelletizing machine can used for granulating many
kind of raw material
such as PE,PP,XPS,EPS,ABS and so on.

7. Extruder has the vacuum vented design which can exhaust the
